Now I had this working but transfer rates were rubbish due to USB so I bought a USB 2.0 card using the Via VT6212L chipset that I've tested with Ubuntu and it works great. So I've just got my new ClearOS system up and running, very happy with it but I'm using an old Epia 5000 motherboard with USB 1.1 and a USB-Ethernet adaptor.
